U9-U15 Registration is now closed for the 2013 Lacrosse Season
Registration deadline for the 2013 season is February 22, 2013 (Late fee for late registration ($20)
The age brackets are as follows:
U9-born on or after 9/1/03 (2/3 Graders)
U11-born on or after 9/1/01 (4/5 Graders)
U13-born on or after 9/1/99 (6/7 Graders)
U15-born on or after 9/1/97 (8 Graders)

US Lacrosse Membership must be purchased at http://www.uslacrosse.org
If you need a Uniform please fill out and return the Uniform Order Sheet:
Uniform Costs: Shirt $25, Shorts $25.

Medical Wavier Form – Signed
Code of Conduct Form- Signed
Registration fee (Paid to Hampton Lacrosse).
$95 for U9 $125 for U 11, U13 and U15
NEW PLAYERS-Copy of Birth Certificate
Copy of US Lacrosse Number with current expiration date

Practice will begin in March, weather permitting. The first games will be in the beginning of April.

Registration Fee: U9 $95 Registration, $50 Uniform. U11-U15 $125, $50 Uniform.
